Returns are not available for custom orders. If it is our fault, we will replace the order or give a  store credit. Non-custom items cannot be used or damaged and contact must be made with us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping is offered through USPS in nearly every case unless specifically requested. Shipping rates are available at checkout and Free Shipping is always available for orders $99+ with code FREESHIP99 at checkout. 

Shipping rates are insured and all packages are insured up to $50. If you are interested in purchasing additional insurance, please contact us and we can accommodate that in your order.
